Iron-free and rich in vitamins and minerals for the maintenance of energy and the preservation of good health!
In today’s fast paced world, our “on the go” lifestyles can make it difficult to get the proper nutrition we need. While supplements cannot replace proper nutrition, they can complement a less than ideal diet to help overcome nutritional deficiencies.
Formulated by a bariatric physician, Vitality PLUS Vitamin and Mineral Complex includes nutritional support to replenish vitamins and minerals that are commonly lost through dieting. This specialty product also includes important trace minerals. No sugar or starch additives.
A proper daily dose of vitamins and minerals can help boost the immune system, helping the body become more resistant against diseases. Nutritional supplements can provide a wide variety of benefits for optimum health.
100% RDV of Essential Nutrients:
FFA study published in a 2010 issue of the “International Journal of Obesity” followed 96 obese female participants to determine the effect of multivitamins and minerals on calorie expenditure. After six months, the participants who took a multivitamin supplement daily had significantly lower body weight and fat than those who took a placebo or calcium supplements, even without changing their diet.
Another study published in the “British Journal of Nutrition” in 2008 also found weight loss benefits from multivitamins. Their results showed that use of a multivitamin enhanced weight loss and reduced hunger: “[c]ompared with non-consumers, male consumers of [multivitamins] had a lower body weight, fat mass, BMI, and a tendency for greater resting energy expenditure. [F]emale supplements[multivitamins] consumers had lower disinhibition and hunger scores” (Major et al, 2008).
